I bought this 5 month ago to replace an LG refrigerator that broke down in use. I choose SAMSUNG because I determined that there were quality issues after using LG for a long time. Although I haven't used the Samsung refrigerator for a very long time, basd on my experience so far, my choice was absolutely right. My first satisfaction was that it was very quirt, regardless of the refrigerator's performance. This is because the LG refrigerator mad too much noise when the compressor started operating, and intermittently produced another banging friction sound. The 2nd Satisfaction is the design. Most manufacturers' refrigerator colors are silver stainless steel doors, but This product is designed to allow customers to select and apply their preferred color, with black, silver stainless steel as standard colors as well as various modern colors available on the tempered glass. I chose charcoal glass for the top french door and matte black stainless steel for the two freezer drawers; it looks so stylish and beautiful that selecting this refrigerator was enough to transform my old kitchen into a beautiful, modern space. With the design of the Beverage center, it features an energy-efficient door design that allows you to retrieve beverages and cold water/ice by opening a hidden door on the left, just like a vending machine, eliminating the need to open the entire door, which is a very convenient feature. The 3rd aspect of satisfaction is performance. Due to the very simple temperature settings, the upper refrigerator temperature, lower freezer temperature, and middle drawer have maintained consistent results since the flexible temperature(slight freezing) was set once during the initial installation, so there is nothing further to explain

Love my fridge. The water feature is so great when you have 2 dogs that like cold water. The beverage drawer is so convenient. Having the option of changing the color panels is a nice feature. Just sometimes hard to get colors wanted

Performance-wise, it keeps everything consistently cold, and the FlexZone drawer is incredibly useful. love that can switch it between fridge and freezer depending on what I need-it's perfect for extra drinks during gatherings or freezing bulk items. The beverage center and built-in water pitcher are also super convenient and something I didn't realize use as much as do. Storage is well thought out, with plenty of room and adjustable shelving that actually makes a difference when organizing groceries. The double ice maker is a nice bonus, especially for entertaining.

We ordered the blue for frig doors to match our backsplash and white for bottom to match cabinets. It looks amazing and fun. Also did counter depth to fit more inline with our galley type kitchen. It has more room than we anticipated, but we are now empty nesters and family of 2. The middle pull out drawer is a bonus for us and use it for deli type items vs setting it up as freezer items. I thought we may miss the ice dispenser but turns out not a big deal because we love the 2 different cube sizes. At some point we may order different color panels to mix it up.

That being said, there are some things that I really like, and some things that I wish were more like my old Samsung 297 model. Mostly, at this point, I'm concerned about the dimensions of the shelving and drawers. So far it has been difficult for me to come up with a "set-up" that is logical. For example, keeping similar items near each other. Unbelievably, given the size of this unit, I am running out of space when I try to organize as I would like. Of course, this might change as I have time to play around with the arrangement. A positive is that it looks fantastic!

We did not see the need for that since it’s a fridge and not a computer. I like the styling and ability to change the panels to have different colors. We had a former Samsung fridge with the integrated ice machine and it always had problems with the ice maker. We’re glad this has the ice maker in the freezer where it belongs and it’s enhanced with the 2 different ice shapes. We enjoy the pitcher and fill station. It’s nice to have a pitcher ready to go to make lemonade or a mix. So far we’re very happy with our purchase!

My wife and I really like the Bespoke AI French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center and Dual Ice Makers. My wife fell in love with the turquoise and white colors of our new Samsung Bespoke 4 door, French door refrigerator as soon as she saw it on the showroom floor. We both like that 1) it's very roomy, 2) there's a middle drawer that can be used either for refrigeration or freezing, 3) the left French door can be fully or partially opened to either access the full contents of the left side of the refrigerator or to just access the contents that are on the inside of the left side French door. We also like how easy it is to set the refrigerator and freezer temperatures using a smart phone app. It's also very quiet which is much appreciated.

I'm very forgetful and the glass panels is one of the reasons why I chose this fridge over others. I write my meal plans on it, memos, etc and since my kitchen is essentially the command center of the house and I'm always passing by it's the perfect place to write things I don't want to forget. :) Something to keep in mind is to keep a clearance for opening the french doors of the fridge. I left a 5 inch gap between the wall to the left of the fridge so the hinge has space to open and the fridge door won't touch the wall when opened to the maximum.

We bought this fridge about a year ago and so far we have been happy with it. Some positives would be the dual ice maker, the beverage center, so you always have the option to have cold water and the middle drawer for storage of cheeses and butters, so you don’t have to open the entire fridge. Our few negatives would be that the second shelf only has one side that slides back for taller items (that doesn’t give it much space at all for stuff like milk, juice bottles, wine) and our other negative would be that the interchangeable doors are super basic colors with no doors of style. We would love to see some panels for farmhouse decor.

Despite all of the issues I've read about the ice maker and other issues with Samsung refrigerators, we haven't had any problems at all. The refrigerator itself is beautiful and having the water and ice inside the doors is so much better. We have received a ton of compliments on how nice it looks and it's really the focal point in our kitchen. Even the delivery guy stopped to take a picture as he had never delivered one before! I love that we can change out the glass panels as well. All in all the fridge is not only beautiful but functional!

I would love to say this has been an excellent experience, but I can’t. There is one thing that prevented that. Aside from that one thing, this fridge is far beyond anything else on the market. Hopefully, it lasts longer that the KitchenAid 5 door it replaced. It is why I didn’t return it and spent close to $600 on front panels. I ordered my fridge directly from Samsung. However it turns out that Samsung had a deceptive ad. In it, you had the choice of Stainless Steel or white. When I clicked on white (which is what I wanted) the image changed to a white bespoke four door fridge. As I expected. But I received the unit without the white panels. I called Samsung twice about this. I had kept screenshots of the whole ordering process because I was unsure of how this would play out. The white one was cheaper than stainless steel, but I figured it was marketing. It wasn’t. Samsung refused to recognize my perspective, and never did call me back when I asked to speak to a manager. It was like talking with a rock. I could not get him to see my point of view, nor the lady I spoke to the second time. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t think I will order anything directly from Samsung in the future. One final thing. Samsung has since updated their site and it now shows the correct picture and no panels when choosing that option. But Samsung, you almost lost this sale. My wife wouldn’t let me return it.

Enough room to store leftover pizza box or whatever extra space for large items. Middle drawer is perfect for cheese, deli meats, and protein shakes. Bottom drawer is the freezer. This has two different sizes of ice. The top of the drawer has the ice and capacity for everyday things than underneath has a large capacity for everything else. It also has a water pitcher and dispensing inside the left door. This refrigerator is an awesome upgrade to your everyday fridge. I would recommend it to everyone!

The beverage center with the unique two door design is great too, allowing for just use of accessing beverages or opening that side of the refrigerator. The product and installation service were absolutely awful. The installers carried the refrigerator into the living room and dragged it all the way to the kitchen without placing anything on the floor to protect it. There were two installers, but only one did all the dragging, which makes no sense at all. They caused unnecessary damage to the floor and the refrigerator during the process. My house is brand new—it’s only been 3 days since closing—and now both my home and the refrigerator are damaged. I bought a Samsung product, but this experience has only brought me stress and disappointment. I expected much better quality and care.

The biggest let down is the ai tracking the food in your fridge. It doesn't always get right what your putting in and taking out. Maybe in the future it will improve. It has all the same bespoke features of the non ai fridge, so we'll skip that in here. Writing memos is pretty handy and we tend to use it a lot. I feel you would get far more out of the fridge if you had more Samsung ai devices. The recipes from the fridge are decent but, you have youtube; just saying. It works well and keeps everything cold. So I like it.

This refrigerator has been in use for over 6 months now and has been working flawlessly. The stainless surface is easy to clean and looks great. It is very spacious inside and has very good cooling and it does so evenly throughout, no warmer or colder spots. As far as I can tell my electric usage is about the same. Also it is very quiet I don't hear it running like my older model. Very happy with this refrigerator and I would recommend it to others.

The flexible drawer can be used in multiple ways depending on what I need. The upper part of the fridge is spacious and can fit various size items. I have the beverage center and when I remove the pitcher of water to fill my coffee maker or glasses, then I place the pitcher back, it fills back up right away. Both ice trays keep up with our family of 3 and that was one of our biggest problem with the other refrigerators above. The other main problem with the above refrigerators was, very noisy, the the Bespoke is so quite, I have to make was it’s still on and making ice. You will make your best investment with the Bespoke.

Overall, I have been very happy with the refrigerator. My only complaint is the ice maker. It uses a sensor that often seems to think the ice bin is full when it isn’t. When the freezer door is closed, the ice tends to shift toward the back of the bucket, making it appear fuller than it actually is and sometimes limiting ice production. While it’s not a major issue, it is a design flaw that could be improved. Other than that, this is an excellent refrigerator, and I would recommend it.

It has the top refrigerator door with a beverage door on the left which only open for your quick items so you don't have to open up the whole frig. We love the water dispenser container as well. As soon as you use any water, shut the door it's refilling within a minute. The middle drawer can be used for anything! We use it for deli items (cheese, salami, etc) or it can be used as a freezer (just have to adjust the settings super easy) And the freezer section is good size plus you get 2 sizes of ice cubes! Love this new refrigerator. Highly recommend it

Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

However, I want with the removable door shelves, and all of the shelves inside of the fridge can be moved. Even the flex cold drawer has an organizer that can be removed to give you a bigger space for charcuterie, boards, or more wine bottles or anything that you need. The freezer is a great drawer length and depth so I could put so much in there and not have to rely on another fridge or freezer outside. On hot days when we go and get groceries, I feel confident in putting food into the fridge, knowing that the temperatures will keep it cool and make it cold fast.

After replacing it twice, we replaced the entire refrigerator. The new one (about eight months old) has worked perfectly. The ice machine is in the freezer and produces two sizes of ice. The Beverage Center is in the door and dispenses cold water. One more thing, when food is put in the small compartment (like chocolate chips), they are "off limits" for us to eat as they will be used to make something good in the future. Finally, since the refrigerator is hooked up to wifi, I can monitor it when we are away and stop the ice machine from producing ice.

this is a really sleek and classy modern smart refrigerator boasting of great interior space. the beverage center is novel with its awesome autofill pitcher plus the regular water dispenser. the middle drawer is very convenient as it can be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer depending on your need/preference. the dual auto ice maker is great. it is fingerprint-resistant and very easy to clean. and of course, being a smart refrigerator, it has wi-fi connectivity so you can easily manipulate temperature from your smartphone. family has been using this for several months now and so far, it's doing really well.

This refrigerator is absolutely gorgeous, works so well and seamlessly blends into whatever color scheme/decor you are into. The beverage center in this refrigerator is something that I didn't know I needed, I can finally have cold water without ice because of the auto fill pitcher. There is an abundance of space in this refrigerator if you are used to a counter depth, I am really loving the deli drawer more than I thought I would, the ice maker is great located in the freezer with two different types of ice. As with any bottom freezer you have to be more diligent in taking products out of boxes and organizing it to get maximum storage.

I was skeptical to buy at first because the shelves did not seem to have a many adjustable options and the freezer did not have shelves that I had with my side by side. After using this refrigerator, I found that there was plenty of space and the shelving was not an issue. For the freezer, I bought 2 adjustable containers which helped to separate my foods and I love it. I love the 2 different ice cubes and the smart features that allow you to fill the water pitcher or turn on our of the ice makers. I am very satisfied with this refrigerator.

The bespoke AI Home Screen is kind of less responsive but otherwise it’s all good, gorgeous appliances that compliment our kitchen. The best part is to setup m, control it from SmartThings app. I wish the Home Screen was more responsive and fluid, the touch response is quite but the opening of apps and processing, changing page options etc are way slow, not sure if that’s how it works or it just mine device that behaves like this. Having said that I would recommend the appliance to friends and anyone who is interested in buying refrigerator with latest technology.

I love my refrigerator. I like that I can choose my panels for the combination that works for me. I am also about to get a new set of panels if I can figure out how to order them! It will be fun to change them out for something new sometimes. The refrigerator itself works really well and I love the water pitcher so much more than I thought I would. My only criticism is the ice scoop. It is awkward to have to slide the cover closed on the ice to get the scoop and then open it to get the ice and then close it again before putting the scoop back in place... It's a small thing compared to how much I love it though!

The counter depth, flush front gave much needed space for the kitchen. The inside is spacious & well lit. The auto fill pitcher is so convenient. I love the 2 sizes of ice. Delivery & set up was easy. Within 12 hours the inside was at the proper temperature & the ice buckets were filling. We did have to set the freezer at -2 degrees instead of zero to jump start the freezing. We were told to do this by customer support after noticing no cooling for a couple hours. It quickly began cooling afterwards. I love the morning blue color—it could be called blue green. Overall, I’m so pleased.

Then the water tasted nasty. (I have a whole home filter then a reverse osmosis filter 5 stage and the fridge filter just for reference) next I noticed everything in deli drawer goes bad after 2 weeks of purchase. I called samsung and texted and messaged through members and all the support was useless as half of them kept transferring me. This has been a horrible experience with this fridge. P.s. I put a aqara humidity sensor in the fridge and it was all over the place.

We decided on the Bespoke 4-Door French Door with Beverage center and we are thrilled with it. The Beverage Center is a GRAND SLAM! We use it all the time and there have been zero problems with the ice maker. Keeping the ice in the freezer is great! Always plenty of ice and the water pitcher is used more than the water dispenser. The extra section door is just great for keeping those foods that need just a little different temp setting.

Purchased this refrigerator a week ago. To date I am very happy with it. Love the clean smooth surface on the outside. No handles, no water/ice dispenser and spot free finish. The inside has good compartments for storage and adjustable shelves. Water jug is a great feature. Really like the deli/snack drawer. Freezer makes two sizes of ice cubes very quickly.Temperature is good, but have not been able to change from F to C. Due to the larger width of the doors, one door was unable to open fully unless pulled out from wall a few inches, therefore defeating the purpose of buying a counter-depth fridge. With some adjustments and added expense I was able to resolve the issue.

It’s easy to clean - a microfiber cloth wipes off any fingerprints. I love the clean look of no handles and the counter depth doesn’t intrude into our kitchen too much, really just the door depth. Seems quiet so far, the occasional hum or water/ice filling noises and we are open plan so I’m conscious of noises. The drinks drawer is great, we have used it for cans of soda/juices/waters but also for wine for a party. The freezer is a little on the smaller side - great for the two is us but you might want to check it first if you have a large family (we bought counter depth)

We truly enjoy this refrigerator. The size is perfect for our family, the Beverage center door is fantastic as we drink a lot of water and are in it constantly. The French door still is nice with the middle drawer, which we are in a lot. Having the ice compartment in the freezer is nice and opens up more refrigerator space. This is a counter depth which opens up our kitchen pathway and without handles opens it up more. We do not miss handles as they take up too much space. It is a bespoke model and we have changed out a panel to blue which goes well with our kitchen decor. Overall we are very pleased.

I do not like that this fridge sticks out farther than my previous refrigerator and does not allow my cabinets to fully open due to the handles. The inside is very roomy. The shelf placement allows for large bulky items to be placed where needed. I love the fact that it makes two different size ice cubes. But it did get some time to get used to ice being in the bottom drawer verse the door. I like that it has a built-in picture that automatically refills when placed in the door.

The Pitcher :-) has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. I researched all manufacturers and models and elected to choose the best fridge today. double ice maker with two different sizers. a beverage center, offering water from a carraff that fills as soon as you replace it, or by the glass. Center draw provides 4 choices of temperature depending on your plans. This refrigerator also communicates with my phone to inform me of a door left open among other features. I love it. !!!!!!

I use the beverage center daily, it’s great having a pitcher that autofills itself. The layout of the interior shelves is nice as it works for a good fridge flow. Cons: when this arrived, it smelled of strong plastic. So strong that it flavored food both in the fridge and freezer. It seems like the ice machine makes more of one ice cube than another and it’s easy to hit cubes that fall behind the shelf (both when getting ice and I hear it happening when it’s spitting out new ice cubes).

It has great storage capacity. We have not had any issues. The beverage center is such an ingenious feature. The ice can get a bit messy with kids, it is just very accessible to them in the lower freezer drawer, but it isn’t bad as I like having two types of ice and the ice drawer with a scoop rather than ice off the door (which can also be messy with kids). If I ever move I have decided I will be bringing this fridge with me, as I would not want to leave it behind.

I like that the left door has 2 opening options. Full open for the food and outer door access for the automatically filled water pitcher and items on the doors’s shelve. We use the center programmable drawer to beverages, cheese and lunch meat but you could even use it for a soft freezer. The freezer drawer is plenty big for most items. We especially like the 2 different sizes of ice cubes. Normal size ones and mini. We never run out of ice. The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. I bought this fridge back in December. I am six months into owning it. While it has a ton of features that I love, there is one feature that I want to love, but the fridge works against itself. The water carafe dispenser. I have only come on here to tell all of you, future buyers, to know that if one half of one drop of water is on the carafe shelf, it will not fill. That's where the sensor is. And guess what, there's practically always a lil droppy drop of water down there that must be wiped off for it to work. It really bums me out because more often than not, I have an empty water container when I myself, the dehydrated health goddess that I try to be, is also an empty water container.

The meat, beverage drawer is so handy! The interior is bright and spacious. This was easy to set up. Having two sizes of ice seemed unnecessary however the ice bits are great for crushing and small necked water bottles. I wish the water jug inside wasn’t plastic. I’d prefer glass despite the weight. I can’t abide the plastic taste of the water. Getting the fruit taste out is difficult after you’ve infused. The lower freezer is very spacious and easy to organize and have access to.

The size is perfect and all the different compartments are perfect for separating the different foods I buy and store. The only minor issue I’ve had is the cooling of the ice, sometimes the cubes will freeze together and make it hard to use individual blocks. I haven’t customized the door panels but I like the thoughts that I can. The water dispenser is perfect, I use that the most out of every feature, specifically the jug. And so far it’s been efficient, my energy bill hasn't increased

One of the other ones is 20 years old the other is 10 years old all are similar large capacity refrigerators. This one is by far the best one yet it's packed with new innovations like the convenience of the door in door beverage center. The dual ice maker with different sized ice cubes. We also love the handlless doors, it give the refrigerator a rich a clean finish. I would highly recommend this refrigerator for anyone in the market for a new one it's feature packed and one of the most reliable brands on the market.

I purchased this refrigerator nearly 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed ice was not being made but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled halfway through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon.

Our new home came with a new stainless steel refrigerator and after 2 years with it we knew we wanted Bespoke again. And sure enough we bought one and our kitchen is awesome. We decided to order the matching range, microhood and dishwasher. They have yet to arrive, but we can’t wait. My favorite past is the dual ice maker with large and small ice. No dispenser is best since I can scoop. The drink dispenser is great since it automatically fills the carafe. The panels can be changed to mix up the mood of the kitchen. Go out and buy this refrigerator now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design all the way around. Space is maximized for a 22 cu ft fridge. The beverage center and ice compartments are highlights. We love the pitcher. It has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. Overall a beautiful appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge has been pretty good. Did loose all the food and freezer after a year. Tech came out and said there are notorious for freon leaks. Sure enough had a leak and almost all freon depleted. This was fixed and was working again. The fridge door latches on top stick and will Keep the door from Closing often so have to pay attention to that. The “in the freezer” Ice maker is a train wreck. Ice amounts are all over the place. Most of the time little to none, then all the sudden over flow. Samsung has a long history of ice maker issues and hoped they had fixed this and tried an other Samsung. Still not fixed. I would do your research. I have a feeling there are better options out there for the price.

I love this refrigerator! I was initially drawn to the Morning Blue glass front. I like it that someone at Samsung asked themselves, why can't refrigerators be pretty? Now that I have it, I really appreciate the convenience of the beverage center. I didn't think I would need or use the auto-filling water pitcher but I use it every day. I like have the water dispenser behind the glass. Love the little ice bites and the roomy freezer space. And the flexible drawer that can be a freezer or for deli. It's just a great refrigerator all around. Mine is counter depth and fits right in. Love it!

2nd Samsung Refrigerator. 1st one had ice maker at the top, bad design, had repairman out 5 or 6 times, finally Samsung agreed to prorate it and give us a rebate. Okay with it. Our daughter purchased a Bespoke model and seen to be happy, so we thought we would give it a shot. We purchased it in March 2024 and today went to change the water filter and now is no longer dispensing water. Tried all the fixes, I can see the head of the module leaking. We have followed the recommended water filter change schedules and have always used Samsung Genuine water filters. So not happy with Samsung Refrigerator. Also, I had to turn the water off to the refrigerator because water had leaked out all over our floor.

They don't have to open the whole fridge every time they want something. they have their own snack and drink drawer. having the ability to configure the fridge and control different zone is nice. The stainless steel look is really nice and does a pretty good job with limiting finger prints. I personally like have the ice draw separate from the water spout and especially with 2 different types of ice. I have a large family so this fits a lot of food with plenty of space. I also enjoy having the beverage center. Of course having the ability to control and monitor everything from my phone is also nice.

Keeps my food cold and fresh for way longer that a regular fridge. During the big storm that came thru I was without power for almost 24 hours and my fridge didn't let anything go bad. (We did not open it during this period ) The look of my fridge is amazing. I love the wifi connection. Would like to buy a pink panel but they are not easy to find unfortunately but I still love my fridge. At first you could take a picture of say your dog and they would put that on the panels. I dont believe you can do that either. If you can they make it hatd to find. Lol. Still love my fridge. Lol

This is our first non side by side fridge, and we weren't sure that the new format (French door fridge with bottom freezer) would be as good, especially concerning freezer space, but it is great! The fridge itself has a ton of room, and that is before considering the deli drawer, it's awesome! The freezer actually has a ton of room, and the two kinds of ice is a bonus. The LED lighting is excellent, and the fridge has been perfect for the past for months, no problems. Finally, I love the app connectivity, the notification when the fridge or freezer is left open is very handy (kids :/).

I had an older version of the same layout and really enjoyed owning it and opted to keep the drawer feature as it can be very versatile. I really like the beverage center access with the infusion pitcher. Additionally the two different size of ice options is also a nice feature. The only draw back is you do loose some freezer space. Also I really enjoy the smart things talking to one another, like getting notifications on the TV if the door is left open. One thing I did find limiting was the shelving options are limited and do constrain over all storage options. It is kind of configured to allow for some changes, but not really as considerately as it could be.

Pleasantly surprised how good it looks. Adds a splash of color to our kitchen. Love all the features including the auto refill pitcher you can flavor the water with if you choose to. Easy on board controls. Makes both cube and ice bites. Filter easy to access. Can control temps etc through the app, and it even snitches on anyone that leaves the door open after 2 minutes. 😂 If we need to replace our dishwasher or microwave, I'd consider matching the fridge with this style.

We have had every high end brand, Miele, Subzero, and this is by far my favorite fridge ever. It’s so spacious, I love the water dispenser, the freezer is huge, I can see everything, the lighting, the weight of the doors, the no handles, the navy panels. Really, hope it stands the test of time.

No more climbing on a chair to reach! We are also a huge fan of the pitcher. It’s great for when you’re in a rush and need to fill a water bottle but don’t want to wait for the dispenser to fill it. I can fill an entire 40 oz Stanley and there is still water left in the pitcher. And then it refills itself as soon as it’s put back in its spot! The ice is awesome too! I was able to get rid of my countertop ice maker and save space in my kitchen. Love having a variety.

It is incredibly spacious with well designed storage options and the flexibility to accommodate my shifting needs. My only issue has been with the middle drawer storage which has not always matched the temperature I was seeking. (For example, when set to the meat setting it began to partially freeze my contents.) It is a beautiful addition to my modernized kitchen, easy to clean and adaptable to many uses (such as times when I have larger quantities of certain foods as I prepare to make applesauce or cook for a larger group.

This Samsung is very well designed with lots of room. Most important is the fact that the ice-maker is in the freezer section which makes the most sense. I would never buy a refrigerator with ice maker in the door or in the fridge section, simply because it always freezes and quits making ice! Also this fridge is very quiet! I did lots of research before buying it, and I hope we made the right choice! We also love the beverage center and the two kinds of ice!

We previously had the Samsung 4-door with the icemaker in the upper refrigerator compartment, so we are very happy about getting the extra space back in that compartment! The shelves are now tall enough to fit all our gallon beverage containers without having to push the half-shelf in. We use the auto-fill pitcher quite often so having an outside door to beverage center comes in handy. We did sacrifice some freezer space for the ice maker, but we now have a choice between big and bite-size ice. SmartThings app is a must. Overall, really nice fridge!

The flex zone drawer is a game changer, I’m able to store food trays for parties then swap out for drinks that fit perfectly. I love the fact that I’m able to pour a glass of cold water in a mater of seconds versus standing at the refrigerator to fill my cup. I can still do that if I choose to. We never run out of ice, we are a family of 8 and that has been a life saver. The freezer has the right amount of space for all the frozen foods we use most. It is so easy to clean. I never see finger prints or smudges.

First, everyone who sees it comments on its appearance. Next, the temperature setting is accurate. Often the temp reading in a fridge will say one things, but it is not true, or it is uneven. I say this because we did have a problem with our new Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator and Samsung made it right and replaced our unit. Regarding what we love about the refrigerator - it is fantastic from top to bottom inside and out. We loved this model so much we bought one for our last home and then sold the home. We had a different high end refrigerator in our new home and after one month, we replaced it with another Bespoke! It is tough to find any design negatives to on the Bespoke.

2nd one we bought. Loved everything about it until you spill liquid on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator compartment. It IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE GLASS SHELF APART TO CLEAN IT. This is seriously the worst engineering design I have ever seen in an appliance (I used to work in the appliance mfg industry). How could you design something where it is so easy to have liquid get under the glass and over the plastic but not have any way to take it apart to clean it? Did you do any real world product testing. This more than negates the other really nice features of this fridge.

We bought this fridge nearly 2 years ago. We were impressed at the start but over time the less than desired functionality was realized. There is no need for two types of ice. It takes up valuable freezer space. One type is enough. The water dispenser and jug do take up valuable fridge space. The water jug novelty wore off. The depth of the fridge is not that great. The middle row drawer could have been inside the fridge instead. And no handles on the doors is actually more problematic than good as finger and hand prints are constant on the door face. We would not buy again.
